Tested product.
Complete documentation.
Every consignment is moisture-tested, tensile-verified and weight-confirmed. Full export documentation is prepared before the container is sealed.
From raw material to sealed container.
Because we produce what we sell, quality control starts at fibre intake and is maintained through every stage to final packing.
01Incoming inspection
All raw materials — husk, retted fibre, pith — are tested for moisture content and foreign matter before entering production. Non-conforming material is rejected at intake.
02In-process testing
Fibre length, bristle ratio, tensile strength and weight-per-bale are measured at each production stage. Cocopeat EC and pH are tested before compression. Deviations are corrected before packing.
03Pre-shipment verification
Each consignment receives a pre-shipment inspection — weight, dimensions, moisture and labelling verified. COA, packing list and phytosanitary certificate are issued against the specific lot.
Paperwork that clears customs.
Documentation and compliance that let buyers in the US, EU and Australia clear a container without a phone call.

Every document, ready with the shipment.
A standard Classic Coir Factory shipment pack includes: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate and certificate of analysis.
Additional documents — fumigation certificate, test reports, pre-shipment inspection certificate — are available on request at the time of order. We have been producing complete export document sets for over thirty years; first-time buyers clear without delays.
Four controlled steps.
The same quality procedure for a trial sample and a full container load.
